1 — Consultation & Project Definition
Each project begins with an in-depth consultation to understand the vehicle, the client’s vision and the intended use of the interior. Feasibility, design direction and material possibilities are discussed to establish a clear foundation.
2 — Evaluation & Design Direction
A detailed inspection and documentation phase allows the project to be analysed from both technical and aesthetic perspectives. Material selection, colour combinations and stitching concepts are refined to define a coherent interior direction.
3 — Planning & Material Procurement
Once the project is approved, a structured schedule is established and all required materials are sourced to ensure consistency in quality and execution. Clients are kept informed throughout this preparation phase.
4 — Disassembly & Preparation
The interior is carefully dismantled and documented before structural preparation begins. Pattern development, repairs, foam work and surface preparation are carried out to create a precise foundation for fabrication.
5 — Fabrication & Upholstery
Materials are cut, stitched and assembled with attention to proportion, tension and finish. Each component is developed to meet Atelier RCVRD’s standards for durability, visual balance and craftsmanship.
6 — Installation, Detailing & Delivery
Following quality validation, the interior is meticulously reinstalled and refined. Final inspection, detailing and client presentation ensure the project is delivered with the highest level of care and satisfaction.
